We are one of 20 schools in Telford to have participated in Partnerships for Inclusion of Neurodiversity in Schools (PINS), which in 2024-25 brought health and education specialists and expert parent carers into mainstream primary settings to:

  • Help shape whole school SEND provision
  • Provide early interventions at a school level
  • Upskill school staff
  • Support strengthening of partnerships between schools and parent carers

The lasting benefit for Windmill pupils, families and staff is the understanding, adapted framework and professional development to ensure that we work together and improve provision.
